Happy Halloween!

I've always loved Halloween, but since I've gotten a older the excitement has died down a little bit.  My husband Matt isn't a huge fan of dressing up, but luckily he's a good sport if I ask him nicely and get his costume all ready.  This year we dressed up as Where's Waldo and Where's Wenda (she's the girl in the books) and it was fun to get dressed up together, but it was also really fun to dress up at school with all the kids.  Sadly I forgot to take a picture with our whole class in our Halloween costumes so I've decided to put up a picture of my husband and I and some pictures of some of my students so that you can put the pieces together and imagine our whole class.

Matt & I

Brock (Thor) & Kiel (a ninja) counting each piece of our witch's brew

Ben (superman) & Addison (a fairy)

Mary & Savanna (Alice & an angel)

Isaac (batman) & Abi (the scary vampire)

Brandon (he took his costume off) and Tait (wolverine)

Logan (Lightning McQueen)

Calvin (spiderman) & Lily (she WAS dressed like a snake)

Megan (Snow White ) & Dr. Tyler Crippen

Decorating cookies during our party

Tyler playing pin the nose on the pumpkin

Making spider suckers

Watching Mrs. Schmidt make the witch's broom (rootbeer)

Audrey (the pink power ranger)

Our class party was great thanks to Mrs. Schmidt and Mrs. Hayes who helped out!  The kids had a lot of fun and I'm really looking forward to our next class party.
